The Shure MX396/C Dual Element Boundary Microphone is capable of 0 to 180 degrees of coverage for excellent speech pick up between two people seated across from each other, or groups seated within the 180 degree range. The MX396/C is designed for capturing speeches in conference settings, education, telecommunication and more. The capsules feature cardioid polar patterns for maximum surface reflection and off-axis noise rejection. The mounting hardware allows for the attached (unterminated) cable to be side or bottom mounted. Also features are a Mute switch and Logic connections.
Dual Element Boundary
The dual element design allows for 0 to 180 degree of pickup coverage. The cardioid polar patterns eliminate surface noise and reflection issues.
Bottom or Side Exit Cable
The included hardware allows for the 20' (6.1m) attached, unterminated cable to exit the side, or bottom of the microphone.
Logic Connections
Logic connections are provided for remote operation.
